1. Definitions

1.2. Buyer – any legally capable natural or legal person who has made a purchase on the e-commerce website trybuggo.com

1.3. The Rules for Personal Data Processing (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) regulate the main principles of collecting, processing, and storing personal data, which the Data Controller follows when managing the Buyer’s personal information.

2. General Provisions
   2.1. The processing of the Buyer’s personal data is regulated by the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts governing the collection of such data, as well as these Rules.
